At Hattingley Valley Wines, we want you to be delighted with every bottle; if your order is damaged or not to your satisfaction, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging and are securely sealed for transit.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Our Team
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return, including photos if the product arrived damaged.
- 2.Await Authorization
We will review your request and provide a return authorization number along with the specific return shipping address for our cellar.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Safely repack the wine using the original protective cardboard dividers to prevent breakage during the return journey.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
